Braidwood First National Property - Historical Braidwood

Braidwood was settled in the late 1820's as an agricultural and grazing community. Braidwood now offers a diverse culture, past and present are interwoven and enrich each other. Galleries, Cafes, restaurants, antique and arts and crafts shops now line the main street of Braidwood which is classified by the national trust. Agriculture is still the biggest industry in Braidwood with beef cattle and sheep dominating our rich grazing land.
